there is news. The sensor in the Samsung NX 300 camera has been tested by the independent company, DXO. Not only was it tested, but it was pitted against the Canon EOS 70D, and it won! Yes, the NX 300 sensor beat the Canon sensor on all counts. Scoring an impressive 76, against the Canon's 68. This is no mean feat, as the Canon has an excellent sensor. This test merely confirms, scientifically, what owners of the NX 300 have been saying all along, "The NX 300 image quality is brilliant." I have been telling people since first getting one, and performing my own tests, that the Samsung NX 300 has the best image quality, of any camera that I have handled. I do not state this lightly either, as i am coming to the NX 300 from a DSLR, so I am used to stunning image quality, (IQ), compared to the compacts, and bridge cameras. The Samsung NX 300 is the first camera that I have been content with to use the JPG images straight out of the camera, they are superb. I have put the URL for the DXO test below, in order that you may read it for yourselves. Samsung have really done well here, in their ability to not only compete with, but to beat at their owm game, the big guns of the imaging industry in taking on, and walloping Canon.

I hope that Samsung will continue in this vein and develop new sensors, and lenses for this excellent NX system.
I will return soon with more Samsung images, and possibly more Samsung news.
Have a good day gang. Regards Twm.
